

Artist Residency
The Hopetoun Artist Residency Experience (HARE) project aims to deliver a diverse range of arts projects and installations utilising the Power House and employing artists across varying mediums.
Residencies delivered as part of the ongoing HARE project will bring positive impacts to Hopetoun and the surrounding region by:

Attracting a variety of artists and visitors via exhibitions, installations or by contributing more attractions to the town

Providing artistic and educational experiences

Promoting Hopetoun and district

What we are looking for
A number of priorities have been identified by the programming committee for residencies.
These include but are not limited to:
Interactive art installations
Indigenous culture, heritage and history
Artworks that compliment the silo art trail
Video artists or light shows utilising local silos and ‘the old water tower’
